The Avenue of the Arts is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful restaurant, walking distance to the Sergestrom Theater.
Did not eat there because they said we had no food meals included. Surprised as we thought we had.
Location is great. Centrally located to both freeways and beach towns. The small lake and park-like landscape behind the hotel are beautiful and tranquil.
Convenient location - excellent value - nice restaurant
We found the location to be very walkable in the immediate neighborhood with a nice walkable street out front, green space connected to the hotel, and the beautiful grounds across the street associated with the theater and art museum. We even walked across the pedestrian bridge to the mall.
We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant on our first night and were treated so very well. The food was delicious.
