I booked for the proximity to Universal Studios and for that it was excellent. The staff were also very nice, and our room was quiet and spacious.
The manager was really helpful, thoughtful. Took care of things for us ASAP.
Went to Universal and hotel was very close. I did not like we are charged for parking so I found street parking. Price was more than $30/night, which seemed high.
Room was large with a suite.
Close to universal studios and the rooms had been upgraded
It was great to have easy access to the beach and running up and down the PCH! I love that they have beach accessories right there available for convenience. I look forward to returning again soon. I also love the little rooftop, lounging area very quiet and cozy.
