Friendly and it was wonderful to slip into a made up bed after spending all day at the hospital with my sister in ICU.
Room was clean, I liked the bathroom separate from the vanity area. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly.
The breakfast was limited, but was sufficient. The room was nice, but the location was in a parking lot of a shopping area.
I apparently accidentally booked a single room. Someone called me the day before having noticed I booked for three adults and switched the room for me. The staff member who checked us in was very welcoming and friendly also.
Room was clean. (I rarely stay in a hotel where hair is not left in the bathroom, but I did NOT see a single hair in this bathroom!!!) Location was great. We did not go to breakfast, but breakfast was offered each morning. Area seemed very safe, and we were able to find parking near our door each time we returned to our room. Check in was quick. Extra plugs on the night stands. Fridge and microwave were in the room, and the fridge had a small freezer section! This is rare even in expensive hotels. Fridge was already on and cold when we arrived.
