Location provided a short drive to get to Hot Springs NP, which was the purpose of our trip here. Our first room had just been cleaned and sprayed with a scent I was very sensitive to. I asked if there. Ight be another room that we could move to, and the office manager was great about having us switch. The room we moved to was a super cute cottage like room, we loved it! We wish we would have have a longer stay here!

Great location close to everything! Super quaint the restaurant was a fabulous surprise as the Berres were spectacular.

the size and set up...The value was great!!!! liked awesome that it was off the main road but close enought to get there quick. Would reserve everytime I come there. Manager was really nice also
