Comfy bed, friendly front desk folks! Surprisingly quiet inside room despite freeway proximity, at least in room 411. TV was good quality and size with plenty of choices. Breakfast was awesome. I've stayed at plenty of BW. This one had best breakfast. Although the heavy lids for hot foods would not stay open. So one had to hold lid open with one hand and use other hand to manipulate/ serve food onto plate resting on counter top. Kinda awkward.

Our room was big and location was good. They also checked us in fast and easy very late at night.

My only complaint was the workers in the next room woke me up at 8 am by their remodeling job. had hope to sleep in but that was impossible. my room was remodeled and it looked nice.

Excellent value and close to the Mission, which is why tourists come there. I stayed in one of the not remodeled rooms, but it was acceptable, clean, and the bed and sheets/pillows were good hotel quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
