The accessibility of the room was outstanding. Easy to enter with well positioned grab bars and a fully accessible shower. The sign in was seamless and the breakfast perfectly adequate,
The lady at the front desk was exceptional. She was very friendly and helpful. She actually made my stay wonderful and was able to get me a room. I did enjoy my stay I would definitely stay again if she is there. I really wish I could remember her name.
I stayed at this hotel as I was going to the Keswick theartre to see a concert and wanted to avoid a long drive home.
The location was perfect. The staff were friendly. The room was beautiful! I love the laminate floor, the matress and bedding were comfortable ( I would buy the matress and bedding if I knew who made them) . It was just very tastefully done. Clean. Had diet coke for sale in lobby!
The breakfast was great and the staff were helpful.
I look forward to staying here again!
Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, location was good.
The bed was comfortable and the room was nice.Unfortunately someone vacuumed up one of my earrings and I never heard anything although I let the front desk know. The room was nice and clean and quiet.
