The breakfast was very good. It had a different variety each morning.

Refrigerators had separate little freezer!! Every hotel should have these! Everything else was great! Also Ruby Tuesday’s is right across the highway and the salad bar is so great along with the other food!

Front Desk Staff very friendly. I can not remember the front desk lady who checked me in on Thursday and worked breakfast Saturday & Sunday morning, she was amazing! I loved that she remembered my kids faces and informed me how she seen them step out early Sunday morning. Now I can honestly say that not many locations that I have stayed at ever really remember certain faces, due to them seeing so many people through out the day! So that was a huge bonus for me. She also called us in the room to inform us that we dropped some baseball caps outside the facility. Now she is someone who loves her job and made the stay for me so welcoming. I thank her for that!

It was convoy the interstate, but yet away from any noise or traffic. We had the King Suite, and it was well worth it, as well as the staff being totally awesome. I will stay at this Best Western again on my next Pensacola vacation. I have only high praise for this hotel.
