Everything about the stay exceeded my expectations. It was an experience I'd expect at a higher price point. The room and hotel felt new and clean, and the staff were exceptionally on top of things. The woman who checked me in went above and beyond. I will stay here again.

I was impressed with the room and amenities; lobby was open and inviting; desk staff were excellent and room had everything I needed and was easy to relax in. I felt our car was parked and safe as can be expected these days; parking lot lighting and parking spaces helped me to feel confident in that. Rochelle at check-in helped me sort through a problem with my reservation and ultimately resolved the issue; thank you! Breakfast options and seating were good also. Thank you for the free parking also.

Very clean, neat and well-kept. Comfortable room and bed. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast is available and it looked great (although I did not have time for it). Fairly easy to access and nearby to local shops.

Good value in Tacoma - clean, modern, included breakfast and indoor pool.

clean, great staff. very comfortable. Were told by residents that it was a crime ridden neighborhood, but we are rarely out after dark and saw no suspicious activity. Good hot breakfast, 24 hour fresh coffee. No complaints
