Только расположение. Отсутствие лифта, узкие коридоры с крутыми лестницами, прокуренные комнаты, звукоизоляция на нуле, комнатка крохотная, всё старое. В туалете только туалетная бумага и одно полотенце коричневого цвета.

Отличное расположение в центре города. Все находится рядом. Можно курить в номере. Отличная альтернатива хостелу. Грязный номер. Перед заселением нормально не был проветрен. Всякие скатерки и т.п. были прожженые и грязные.
