The staff was great, offered for us to park early before checking in and gave $5 coupon passes towards private beach 1/2 mile away.
There was no breakfast, parking was tight, the pool and spa did not work. Staff was nice and did a nice job cleaning the room. Office hours were very conducive to the customers.
This inn is nothing fancy, but it’s really comfortable and clean, and the location is fantastic. We could easily walk to Heavenly Village and to dinner at Hell’s Kitchen at Harvey’s. Or walk down to the lake! There’s so much to do in this area!
Prior to check in, they were very responsive to inquiries and requests.
The Staff was very friendly. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Good location for shopping, and other venues- all within walking distance.
Location was great. Walking distance to shopping center and restaurants.
