Customer service was great and local food recommendations were on point
Fine motel accommodation, staff very helpful and nice. Room was a nice comfortable size for two girl friend travelers.
Vacationing with visiting Bryce Canyon & staying at the Hatch Hotel was delightful! Town isn’t very big but everyone was friendly & could help & assist us with everything desired! Would definitely come back & stay as Room was comfortable & prices exceeded our expectations!

Oh my gosh, I guess I asked for a quiet room since we were leaving early? They're all quiet rooms, lol. Hatch is out there, not much going on. Very quiet. This is an older motel but nicely refreshed in the most important ways. New paint and clean with a comfortable bed. They added a little electric fireplace that was very nice, kept us cozy since temps in the morning were pretty cold for September, like around 40F. The bathroom was no frills but perfectly fine. Staff was very nice and helpful. The Outlaw Saloon next door had a very good steak.
