The lady as the receptionist is so welcoming and super nice which gave me a good first impression. I liked how close it was to the NOS event center and how easy check in and check out was. I also very much appreciated the option of a later checkout, super convenient!
Unknown I paid for my food I was unaware I was supposed to get any breakfast
I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and roomy the room was. We stayed there for a night and I inadvertently overslept. The staff/owner/management was accommodated with a late checkout request. It was late at night but they were still accommodating with my repeated visits to the office to ask for various things like a plunger, etc. They even brought it up to the room!
Ice machine, refrigerator and microwave. The bed and couch you can move for more space.
Checking in was easy. The room was very nice, clean and spacious.
