Very nice, cozy and comfortable apartment. I spent almost 2.5 weeks for a business trip and there was everything I needed. Communication with Lexia was easy and nice.
The little extra details on arrival just made my day.
I definitely recommend!
I liked the convenience to trains/buses. Also, love the cozy space and the fact that it had working A/Cs during the hot days.
Very good value for money for accommodation in New York. Comfortable apartment, well equipped (including excellent wifi & microwave oven) and very clean. Calm neighborhood. Shops and services (including supermarket and post office) within walking distance. Crown Hts-Utica Ave subway station (MTA lines 2, 3 & 4) a few minutes by bus or 15 minutes on foot (bus stop line B17 near the apartment and line B46 5 minutes walk). It takes a good hour to get to Times Square. But if your housing budget is limited, this is a very good opportunity. And Lexia is a very friendly host and available to help you if needed.
