Overall a good stay however free wifi was not experienced for the 2 nights. It kept cutting off in my hotel room. Pls work on that.

Honestly everything was perfect for what i needed. Beds and pillows were comfortable! They have late check out which was perfect because we got in late . Breakfast till 10am . Clean! A.C & tv , micorwave and fridge, the basics. And it was close by to where I was going on my check out date. Also a deli/store on the same street very helpful.. A little loud outside but thats normal due to the area & traffic. Would definitely come back .

Our room was super comfy and the location was really convenient for us and the value can’t be beat

We were bringing our Shift Commander to a Yankees game for his retirement gift. Was planning on staying in Manhattan but prices were off the charts. Read the reviews about this location found some of the humorous based on being in the Bronx. However the hotel was great and everyone that said very clean - very spacious were spot on. Staff very helpful. Parking was way better than I expected. For the cost this is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in.

It was a nice hotel compared to the one I usually stay at on Broadway, but I’m able to walk around and stay out late at the one on Broadway, which I couldn’t really do at the Comfort Inn. If you Uber in and out or drive, it’s perfectly safe. I even rode the bus on some days and had no issues, and it was during the daytime. I always had uber rides if it’s late. I was initially worried about the facility because it’s in the Bronx, but it’s actually not near the rough area. It’s kind of by itself near the entrance, which was good. It was clean, and the staff were friendly. There was easy access to Columbia University, which was the reason for my trip.
