The staff was so pleasant to deal with. Susan was professional & accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The rooms were in my name (already paid for) but we couldn't make it in time for check in with my other family members. I needed to have my sister in law check in for us & Susan walked me through the process of how to make it happen. We had 5 rooms & also needed to have 4 of those rooms connected (2 & 2). She made no promises but said she would do her best to make it happen & she did. We were really appreciative of her making it happen.
