Upon arrival I was greeting my Marie, she was amazing. She handled by booking like a champ, considering there was a slight problem with room availability. She got super busy during this process, however, no one ever felt like they were not her top priority. Even while handling at least 6-8 other check-ins, she kept me posted on our progress to find a solution. All while answering the phone as well. She was beyond professional, courteous, and friendly through it all. I didn't have as much interaction with the other staff members, but the were ALL very nice whenever we did encounter them.
Location was great. Beds comfortable. Appreciate that we could have our small dog.
Very clean, I was happy to feel ac while in the hallway. Some places don’t do that and it’s hot in the halls.
Cleanest hotel room we have stayed at.Friendly front desk staff.
Room was comfortable, shower was nice in size and clean! Breakfast was really good. Good location for family or date night.
