Check in was quick and easy. Gentleman at the front desk was friendly and pleasant to deal with. Room was adequate. Nothing fancy. Was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the location and its proximity to the Mall of America. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful and better than most continental breakfasts.
Customer service. My son turned 6 and they were able to provide birthday candles when I forgot mines.
The location was perfect right next to the mall of america me and my niece been coming here for the last 3 years and I'd come back to this hotel again and again.
