Johnny was more than gracious when I had a meltdown on damage deposit. Handled situation calmly.
Very clean and neat. Everyone was nice including staff!
Very friendly and helpful staff. The continental breakfast staff, she was wonderful. For what our family was doing the location was perfect. The facilities were in good condition and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Nice little stay in Tinley
Nice little hotel with very wonderful staff. Very friendly helpful and pleasant. The lady working the morning breakfast was incredible. Location for where we were going was perfect. Hotel it self was in good shape and if we end up in Tinley Park again I would recommend this place as a good place to stay.
Nice little place. Perfect location for where we were going in the area. The room was clean the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast attendant, she was exceptional.
