Hotel host I believe his name was David is the perfect example of how a hotel host is expected to be in a hotel of that stature . He was very friendly and made sure all my accomodations were met . Thanks you David . Your HR dept. Know how to pick'em.
The jacuzzi was great but it could hotter , instead of just warm.
Very nice staff. We got there early and asked if we can check in, the gentleman was very kind and totally let us check in 2 hours early at no charge. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the pool, it was very cute and cozy. Room was nice and comfortable, had everything we needed. Full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Only 25 minutes from Napa Valley, not a bad drive at all.
I missed breakfast because of another close appointment. The staff was so nice and professional. Really made my stay first class.
