The room is excellent and the lobby is spacious to hangout. The receptions is very welcoming and helpful.
However, the lady (black) in the cafeteria is not that friendly.
The room was nice, spacious and clean. Perfect location. The bed was comfortable enough pillows which were comfy also. The hotel was quiet at night and the room got nice and dark at night.
Good breakfast, nice and helpful people at the desk. Very nice room, the bed was cozy and comfortable. Great view of the Niagra River!
Updated and modern. Rooms were big with nice beds. We appreciated the location 15 minutes walk from Niagara Falls state park.
Great location, walking distance to lots of places. Staff very helpful and courteous.
