After traveling extra hours after the first booked hotel was found to be out of business, a place of respite from frustrations of dealing with booking.com to address a hotel out of business yet booked and confirmed by the company. Insult to injury after price match verbal guaranty the o/s hotel charged my account, and the next hotel was over 300$ more and that has been charged to my account. Its been a week and not a word from booking.com on getting these matters straightened out.

I absolutely love the hot tub I love the balcony I loved the room it was neat it was clean the hotel staff was super friendly and helpful each and every time! The lobby was great and relaxing
