Location was perfect for ease into RMNP and Estes Park
Property was well maintained and clean. Location was close town ant the park so all was good.
Great balcony! The setting in the trees and the sound of the creek! Wonderful natural beauty. There’s a path along the creek has been sown and planted with beautiful flowers! That was a surprise.
The bathrooms are decent size and well maintained.
