Staff was excellent professional customer service.
The gift bag at check in was nice! Very nice bathroom. One of the better bathrooms I have used in any 3 star Hotel. Bed was comfy and a nice king sized bed. TV worked! Room was properly stocked with everything you need. Even had bathroom pump soap!
Friendly front desk gave good recommendations. Walking distance to train station, museums, and plenty of restaurants. The pool was warm and we had it to ourselves. I would stay again on our next overnight to harrisburg
Food and drinks at the bar were good, the bed and bedding was so comfy, the shower was nice, and it was a clean comfortable stay overall.
Room was adequate, bed was very comfortable. Location was perfect for walking to UPMC hospital.
