Amber at the bar provided excellent service as we unwound with a glass of wine each night after a long day. Housekeeping staff responded to our requests for extra coffee and left the room looking clean and refreshed every day. The Hotel was convenient to the Convention Center
The staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew were over the top nice and were ready to help if you needed anything
The hotel was conveniently located to several downtown attractions. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant located inside the hotel was immaculate.
The staff and the shuttle service. I meant all three drivers while I was there and they were all very nice and hospitable
Shuttle was nice, room was nice. Paying over 20 dollars for parking was a disappointment.
