The Crowne Plaza is a very nice, elegant hotel. My room was very comfortable. However it was rather dark- not enough lighting. The floor lamp couldn't be moved to where I needed to use it. The food in the bar-grill was very good with a limited but nice selection. The servers and staff at the hotel and in the bar-grill were exceptionally helpful and personable.

Over all the room was just what we needed for our trip.

We stayed here because of its proximity to the airport. The hotel offers a shuttle or you can access the PHX Sky train right across the street. The hotel has a restaurant and bar or there are other places within walking distance. In addition to accessing the airport Sky Train there is a light rail stop right in front of the hotel that will take you to Tempe or Mesa to the East or downtown Phoenix to the West. The bed was super comfortable. A large screen TV in the room which was spacious. It was good value for the money.

The 24/7 shuttle was really easy. Both restaurants, The Perch, and The Post served good food.

The property had some trouble with the parking garage, and elevator. This caused a problem at the entrance. Hotel staff was handing as best they could.
