I have stayed at this hotel before. It is functional and clean. Its extremely convenient to the airport an they have convenient shuttle service to and from the airport.
The free shuttle that ran late helped a lot because Lyft had ridiculous prices even at 12:30 am. Good location.
I enjoyed that I was treated with respect and dignity. I was not treated like I was asking for to much. The reservation desk was welcoming and courteous. The room was wonderful.
There is the bus tub. I love bathing so it was wonderful. The room is clean, Staff are kind enough. And this time, parking was free. It is a big help.
My friends and I were in Burlingame for a dance conference. The staff was really nice. They let us check in early (11am!) and check out late. We were able to leave our stuff at the hotel after checking out. I also kept losing my key card and they made me as many as I needed, without judgment, which was really nice. Any ask we had they fulfilled quickly. It was a very nice experience. Shuttle from airport was good. Would recommend.
