We got what we paid for - I wanted a cheap cost one night to let hubby see the area again. He loves the water and used to fish out of Conn Harbor. He is 91 and not doing well.
Note; 112 refrigerator made noise like a coffee maker all night. It was working but might need some work soon to keep it working.
I liked that the ac was blowing ice cold air. The bed was good. Shower was decent. Staff was friendly.
The location of the hotel , the room itself was very warming and smelt good, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the extra room space was a nice touch. Most definitely going to make a LOT more trips to the OYO Hotel in Aransas Pass!
Everything is very clean and with the cheapest rate there is no room to ask for more comfort. The rooms are currently being renovated, but you notice very little of this.
