The owner was really helpful regarding a mistake made while using the booking.com website. An extra room got booked & charged in error & he was the person responsible for helping get the issue resolved. He was very responsive to my request for help when I explained that booking.com customer service was completely useless, and that I was getting no where with them. He assisted with getting me a refund for the 2nd room that was charged in error, and even sent me an email confirmation of the refund. I am very grateful for the excellent customer service I received & would stay again if in the area.
