The staff was great. The eggs' biscuit gravy and waffles were excellent.
The front desk clerk was EXTREMELY friendly & patient. When I expressed my disappointment in the fact that this property was a motel, not a hotel, she offered me the option of cancelling the reservation (my husband had been driving all day & just wanted to get out of the car) or giving us a downstairs room so that we did not have to drag our luggage up a flight of stairs. She couldn't have been more helpful!
The room was very clean & tastefully decorated.
It was all great. The shower floor was slick. Couldn't move that much. But overall great.
It’s always clean great breakfast and very friendly staff all the way around
The affirmation button and the texas waffle was the best. BUT the lady at the front desk was what made it all 100 percent for us. My son has medical issues and a service dog. She was excellent to get us a downstairs room, was polite about the dog when others refused us. She was super positive and friendly. She made us like being there.
