The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The shower worked well.
The staff was very nice and accommodating to our needs
Traveled with a toddler rooms were clean trash pulled clean towels floor swept and mop daily
Staff was awesome.. Help resolve or check in problems. Friendly. Need was so comfortable and the ac worked great. Nice big shower
When we arrived and got into our room, our toilet was not working. I went down and addressed the issue and the front desk lady came up with maintenance and fixed it. Then we discovered we had ants in our room and they got into our dinner that we brought in. Then our tv wasn't working. I went to the front desk and talked to "Cyn" she understood our problems and decided to move us rooms. Once we were moved everything was good. Cyn helped us out and was AMAZING!!!
Breakfast was good. Lanette The Manager on Duty was amazing, she was so helpful.
