This is a great hotel. Very clean and a comfortable room with the amenities you need/want. One of the best beds Ive slept in. Staff was welcoming and professional. Safe location for solo travelers. Will stay again when in Victoria.

The location was good. The yogurt area was good Coffee bar was good...

The room was big, clean, and close to everything. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows.

I appreciated the room we stayed in, the service as well. One of the things which stood out was the fact that since we were staying at night and left to grab a bite, the clerk kept the doors locked and let us back in promptly when we got back. This meant that the property was safe as could be. The room had a smart tv with all the streaming services available where as other locations just had basic cable. I also appreciated the check in dynamic; check in anytime after 3pm and checkout was always at 11. Other locations made you make a reservation at a precise time and if you could not make it on that hour you were charged an immediate cancellation fee, which I feel is a somewhat unfair tactic. The room was very cozy and modern. A perfect stay for me and my significant other. Will definitely be staying there again!

I've been going there for years also seeing the changes and now having remodeling done to it.real great place
