They were very accommodating and helpful. We originally booked a cabin. There was a water main break the first night so we were upgraded to a motel suite. The 2nd night there was a power line that went down and we had no power for about 8 hours, they gave us battery lights, so it was no problem. I was an adventure, but we would definitely book another stay. I love the rustic accommodations.
