The location in the heart of Manhattan. The staff are very friendly and helpful
Perfectly quiet and convenient location! The sweetest surprise was when the front desk brought us a gift after we casually chatted that it was my son’s birthday. In this busy NYC, I was touched by the hotel’s heartfelt kindness.Will choose again.
The people working the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We were offered the top floor and the view was fantastic.
The property was easy to get to , the bar was really cute and the beds were comfy.
Water to refill bottle on the floor is to recommend. Room was clean, caffe refill every day, to help me wake up :)
