Love love the shuttle to the concert that is by far the best thing. Rooms are very clean. Lobby with bar very nice feature. Especially if you are going to a concert at Merriweather.And the mall is so close! Well maintained property can't say enough about this hotel. Last but not least, our shuttle driver was so much fun!!!!
Staff was very helpful when I requested to move rooms due to other guests being noisy and disturbing. I really appreciated that.
