It started with Mrs Toyna at the front desk. She had excellent customer service and made me and my husband feel welcomed.I went to the front desk everyday just to see her. We stayed in room 2519 beautiful suite. We will definitely be staying here again.
Most everything except they should provide a continental breakfast for the price they charge.
Clean, friendly staff, great location, and on-site parking.
The receptionists were nice, and the cookie offered during check-in was very tasty.
The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The galleria was just a short walk away along with many good restaurants nearby.
