The staff was very friendly and gave us free gifts for my birthday.
My desk clerk was awesome she checked me in smoothly offered the famous chocolate chip cookie and was also there to check me out.
I'm so sorry I don't remember her name but I won't ever forget her beautiful kind smile

Pool was inside but not heated. Very cold, didn’t expect that. Everything was wonderful. We loved our time and we will be back!!
Ms. Pam in the restaurant/bar area was phenomenal at breakfast. She went above and beyond.
Staff responsive to customer. I had a concern about my TV not working. It was after midnight and the young lady at the desk was very accommodating. She gave me another room without hesitation. It was refreshing to experience great customer service.
