I primarily came to visit family and friends, so I spent my time going out with them. I didnt spend much time at the hotel and didn't use most of the facilities. I appreciated the wifi in the evenings, and watched some streaming TV on my phone, so the wifi connection was good. More important, the staff from the front desk to security and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. I want to specifically acknowledge Gigi, who checked me in and followed up a day or two later to make sure I was comfortable and if I needed anything. The location was personally convenient to me, being near family and friends, but it is also right next to the large Del Amo Mall, as well as other strip malls, banks and brokerages, and a full-size grocery, from as short as 1 minute walk away. So convenient.

Amenities, fitness center and pool. Good staff. I saw some security personnel. You may want to explain what they do. I would like it if they watched the parking lot because I could not see my car from my room.
