Great customer service, good food. Snack bar open 24/hr Free cookies upon arrival. Comfortable clean beds, Great pool!
The hotel was fine. Basic rooms that were clean and secure. We were there for a Chico State orientation, and the hotel met our needs, although it isn't walking distance to the school. The bar/restaurant has quite a few beers on tap, and the salad I had was as expected. The gym was decent, and my daughter liked the hot tub.
Room was clean. Staff very nice. Bed comfortable. Nice pool. We stay here every time we come to Chico.
