This was my 2nd time staying here. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach access is convenient and not too crowded in that area. Lots of great food and shopping in walking distance. AC works really well. The pool was well maintained.

GREAT LOCATION, SO CLOSE TO MANY RESTAURANTS, SHOPPING, BEACH AND BOARDWALK, THE HOTEL EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS AS FAR AS CLEANLINESS AND THE STAFF WAS PHENOMENAL, I HAVE BEEN GOING TO OCMD FOR YEARS AND MOST TIMES STAY IN BEACH BLOCK CONDOS, WHICH ARE VERY PRICY. I STUMBLED UPON DUNES COURT IN MY SEARCH AND FIGURED I WOULD GIVE IT A TRY AND I AM SO PLEASED THAT I DID, I WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING AND TRADING IN MY PRICY CONDO FOR THIS CUTE, CLEAN, AFFORDABLE, CONVENIENT HOTEL.

The location is ideal for families....steps from the beach, right at the end of the boardwalk (the quieter end). This spot at this price point is great value.

Staff is very friendly and accommodated our stay. The room was clean, and the beds are comfortable. It’s right on 27th where the boardwalk begins which is convenient. Lots of places nearby like a 7 eleven or pizza shops. Really enjoyed out stay and would definitely come back!
