Had a little trouble with key lock. But I did not realize that there were two gates. Once we figured that out not a problem. Loved the bathroom but if you are tall you would not fit in the shower or bathroom. I'm 5"3 but if my boyfriend or son had gone with me they would not fit. If your 5"7 or taller may check and see if they have a bigger unit. There are multiple units at this location. Great quit place.
