When a budget conscious Business Traveller such as myself encounters a 'Normal' Room, it is Rare. The disparity amongst the various locations from 'Brand' to 'Brand' is such there is No Standard. This Room, #110, was as near to perfect as One could hope for. Clean. Hot Water & working showerhead. Towels in very good condition. All the room lights actually worked. Tv large and operational with variety of channels etc. In room Coffee. Quiet under window heater. Keep Up the Good Work!

This is the perfect location in Macon it's pretty much dead in the center of Macon Georgia where you're not too far from downtown and the new Amphitheater just opened up where a lot of concerts and fun things are going to be taking place the people here are very friendly and their rooms very nice and clean and the price is very reasonable

The staff especially the Manager Neal. His customer service is top tier and always was nice each time we had conversations. He also took the time to call my husband and I about a small misunderstanding that took place upon his absence. It was with a staff member but nothing major but he still called us after our departure to ensure we were satisfied with the ending results of everything and he even gave us a free night on him. This was to me exceptional and shows his kindness and integrity for his company while ensuring quality standards to each guest regardless of how small or big a situation may be. I recommend this location to anyone who is thinking of staying at this location.
