The hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. I can’t comment on the hotel restaurant/bar or the free breakfast because I didn’t partake in those but the bar looked nice. We were in Reno for a tournament and the location was convenient to the convention center. I enjoyed our stay and would stay again for the next tournament.

The complimentary coffee in lobby. The ice cold water and cups at the elevator. I liked the always stocked basket of good green apples. The cleanliness of the lobby. The central location: near grocery store (sprouts), fast food (pollo loco), skiing (mt rose).

The hotel is very clean and organized. Staff is also friendly and makes you feel welcomed. There are a variety of businesses located within a few blocks for any last minute shopping/food necessities.

It was an unexpected surprise to have such a wonderful hotel that is smoke-free and close to our family. We had a one bedroom suite with a kitchen, island, and a living area with a hide-abed. They offer covered parking, walking distance to amenities, and a great breakfast. Very clean rooms!! We'll be back!
