The location was spot on. The beds were comfy and having a full kitchen was nice to have!

So I think this property has been mischaracterized to some extent by a lot of reviews, and I'd like to be very clear about what to expect here and hopefully help you make an informed decision. It is NOT nearly as bad as some people here are making it out to be. Having said that, there are multiple units and I may have gotten luckier than others. Apartment was very spacious, even for a studio. Large sectional couch, king-size bed, plenty of room to move around, and a full dining space and kitchenette that has everything you need for your stay. Building is perfectly located, across the street from a metro station and lots of stuff to do around the area, very easy to walk to other parts of town. Great value for the location. Heating/AC and hot water were great, also great pressure on the water, no complaints there. Overall this is just a great place to stay

Bathroom and kitchen are very dated but the rest is really nice- I didn’t need to cook and the place was in a great location for me.

The location in reference to the green and orange lines was excellent. So easy access to all over town. Right in the southwest corner of the commons. The beds were very comfortable and the living area was just the right size.

Good and strategic location, room was wonderful but management was awful especially when they moved our room suddenly because of a problem in their part. They put us in a different unit for the first day, then moved us to our designated unit for our second till fourth night.
