It's a good hotel to stay at in Colorado springs. It's reasonable priced. It's a decent location. And the staff is awesome. O and they have a decent size laundry room its great.

Front desk personnel were extremely helpful, friendly and worked together. They communicate with each other.

I have stayed here, two weeks. I continue to compliment, the front desk staff, who have made me feel special. I had my room cleaned today, and the young man, was congenial, and accommodating.

I, live in hotels in Colorado Springs, for the last 5+ years. I have stayed in just about every 2-3* hotels. What sets this property, apart from the others, is the front desk staff. They have treated me especially well, as I am 82.5 years old, a disabled USAF Veteran. They have offered several times, to help me, which I deeply appreciate. They are service minded, and treat all the guests, the way, they should be treated. With respect and kindness. Something, missing, with most of the other staff, at the other hotels.
