It was an exceptional experience, we were in Indy for my daughter's major surgery and it was a long day. Long story short, I dont know how to spell the mans name, but he helped us out so much. He stayed after his shift. We didnt have money on a card, he let us pay in cash. The only thing that was confusing was how to check out before someone got there, there were no signs what to do. I called the number and got ahold of someone I'm assuming was on call and she told me what to do. But it was a great stay and will stay again.
Upon check-in the front desk was staffed by Angel who was amazing! The room was large with a big bathroom and a kitchenette.
Decent size rooms, the kitchenette appliances were clean, oaken cabinets were new. Staff was exceptionally accommodating (Allen, above and beyond).
The room was very clean. I am OCD, travel with my own cleaning supplies, really didn't need to clean, although I did it wasn't totally necessary.
The kitchenette is very nice water gets real Hot. It was nice. Room was very clean. Beds were very comfy.
