Erica was very helpful and friendly. She works very hard. Other staff were good too. The people in the area were also very nice.

Location was in a nice area, not too far from the amenities and highway. I do want to acknowledge a staff member, Ivy, who helped and saved our stay from turning in to a disaster. I had made a reservation from Booking.com and normally I have never had an issues booking through them. I had booked a suite as it was going to be for 5 people however when I checked in I was given a small room with only 1 double bed. I was informed that is what was booked through Booking.com and I even showed the staff that is not what I booked. I had a confirmation for a suite room. I tried to explain how could one small room with only 1 bed going to accommodate 5 people. I was initially advised to speak with Booking.com to resolve this issue which as taking too long as I was on hold with booking.com. However, Ivy was really nice and helpful and she was able to offer us another room that could accommodate 3 people. So we ended up with two rooms. So we really appreciated that.

We did not eat breakfast there. The hotel was close to my mother's assisted living facility. Location was great.

This was the first time staying at Extended stay. It was perfect for the Thanksgiving holiday. We came to spend the holiday with family who live locally. The kitchen was perfect for us to prepare our food for the visit.
