The staff was very accommodating and even gave me a coffee maker to use in my room when I missed breakfast.
I made a second booking on booking.com to exstend my visit and didn't book the same kind of room which was my mistake, but they went above and beyond to store my stuff between check out and check in so I could go to work and come back worry free. They were very friendly and helpful to get me into my second room later that day.
