Very clean looking inside and outside. Staff was also very pleasant
The young lady at the front desk, whose name escapes me (sorry), was very nice and extremely helpful. Also, reasonably close to the venue, as I was in town to go to the Sessanta concert! That's Primus, Puscifer and A Perfect Circle together! It was a great concert and my accommodations were great!
The general manger she the best and she keep the hotels clean
Staff was very welcoming was very helpful to where I can buy different places to eat even some of the other guest at the property. We’re very nice as well.
Tiffany and Alexis at the front desk were great! The rooms had new furniture. And I love the location right across from Pembroke Mall and a short walk to McDonald's, Wendy's, Buffalo Wild Wings and Best Buy. Also no loiterers hanging out in the parking lot like some other hotels
