The hotel was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and 3 minutes from the Hartford Bradley CT airport. It exceeded my expectations because they upgraded me to a suite.
Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The chef made sure to greet everyone and make sure they were happy and had everything they needed. Was a great time.
Breakfast was good although a bit crowded. Seating was a bit tight but other than that, it was good.
location is very good.
breakfast needs more variety, especially fruit and something besides white bread.
We were upgraded in our room.
Bed was very comfy
Comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Airport shuttle prompt and the driver very friendly.
