Parking is hard to do. There is so much demand in the area because they are two hotels located next to each other you have to keep circling the block for an opening for valet
The rooms was nice, the bedding was comfortable - pillows a little too "pillowly" but all very nice. The facility was clean as well.
The valet service and that whole crew was amazing.
Clean location, great breakfast option, walking distance to downtown. All around great place for a stay. I will be back!
When I called to possibly cancel due to bad weather that we thought was coming and ruining our stay, the staff was very professional and accommodating. I did not have to cancel and I am glad I didn't. Everything was good.
